Outcome: a portfolio of medical-AI projects, practical evaluation skills, and strong deployment habits—education only, not for clinical use.

Robotics Build Lab
Weekend program running 2 hours per session for 4–5 weeks
FastpeerAI Robotics Build Lab is an advanced, course where students deep-dive into robotic arm skills by building a single, cohesive project: an educational “Pharmacy Sorter” assistant that sees mock pill bottles, plans a grasp, and places them into labeled bins—first in simulation (ROS 2 + MoveIt + Gazebo/Webots) and then, if available, on a low-cost 4–6 DOF arm (e.g., Niryo/myCobot/Dobot). Each Saturday delivers a focused mini-build (tele-op & kinematics → camera + OpenCV markers/detection → grasp planning → safety & checks), and each Sunday extends it into the major build (perception→planning→control pipeline, error handling, logs, and a simple operator UI). By the end, learners have a working pipeline (vision → pick-and-place → verification), clean ROS packages, and a demo video—education only, not for clinical use—plus templates they can remix for other medical scenarios (lab sample sorter, supply restocker, tray assembler).
